After sales service rules

  •  We accept returns within 14 days
  •  Faulty products can be replaced within 7 days or send for repairs thereafter.
  • Our products have 1 year of manufacturer warranty

*In order for LIVALL to process a return, valid proof of purchase must be provided. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

 

Warranty Service Explanation

  • The product is guaranteed for one year. In the event of a quality problem, it can be replaced within 7 days after purchase,  or be returned within 14 days after purchase.
  • LIVALL can provide vulnerable parts at a cost, such as bicycle components, helmet regulator, chinstrap, lining etc;
  • If the product is beyond the warranty policy, LIVALL can  provide maintenance for a fee.

 

Products excluded from warranty service:

  • Problems caused by unauthorised maintenance, improper use, collision, negligence, misuse, immersion in liquid, accidents, modification, improper   installation of goods and ripping or alteration of produce labels
  • Products whose warranty period has expired;
  • Damage caused by major force..

 

After sales processing period

  • Processing time for refunds: Completed within 14 working days after receiving the returned products;
  • Processing time for exchanges: Completed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products;
  • Processing time for maintenance: Within 10 days after receiving the product.
