1. LIVAL Europe accepts product returns within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with European Union regulations in the event that the product does not meet customer expectations.
  2. In order to receive a refund, it is essential that the product is returned in its original box, with all accessories and paperwork.  LIVALL Europe will not accept the return of products with signs of use, incomplete or tampered with.
  3. The costs of returning the product are paid by the customer.  
  4. LIVALL Europe will replace any defective product if the problem appears within the first 7 days of use.  In case the problem appears after 7 days after purchase date , the product will be sent to the factory for repair or replacement.
  5. Proof of purchase is a mandatory requirement for the processing of returns and product warranty.
